Pre-sales technical support engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the pre-sales technical support of electricity products.
• Responsible for the pre-sales technical support of solutions under the guidance of Headquarters. The pre-sales technical support includes but is not limited to product introduction and demonstration, solution introduction, solution demonstration, client technical support, customer complaint handling, etc.
• Be able to understand customer's requirements and respond to customers with correctly Company’s existing product or solution to reduce customization.
• Be able to analyze customer's technical pinpoints and provide solutions under the guidance of Headquarters

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Good communication skills.

• Have specific insight and planning ability, be able to explore, plan and implement business opportunities, and assist the customer manager in achieving contract indicators.
• Have specific pressure resistance and can adapt to short-term or long-term work requirements in Eastern African countries.
• Experience in intelligent metering is an added advantage.
• Bachelor's degree or above, major in electrical engineering from a reputable university.
